 Since starting my own company,I had become very stiff due to no activity. As I have 2 small boys I needed to be become much more flexible and lose some weight to enjoy my time with them. I have tried group sessions, which use a 'one size fits all' approach  however working with atrainer allows Nelio to tailor the workout to my needs. I have lost weight, and become fully flexible again.
After 3/4 sessions I was playing football and with my boys without getting out of breath. I am cool again! As pleasant side affects my energy level is up and I am mentally sharper. 
Nelios manner is very calm and his sessions are interesting and two never the same, so you do not use one muscle all the time and so do not plateau.

Two years ago I suffered a neck and back injury which required me to take a totally new approach to my personal training.  I had to take a step back and work at a different pace from what I had been used to; this was a challenge both mentally and physically.
 Nelio has been incredibly encouraging of this process and has helped me step by step back into full fitness - not only am I running again but running stronger than I was before.  At the beginning there was a lot of stretching, breathing and working small muscle groups back to full strength before we moved onto the next level - each time Nelio would push me that little bit further.
 Working 1-2-1 with a personal trainer means that they understand your particular fitness goals and help you get there even if you are working within certain limitations.  
I can’t recommend Nelio strongly enough - whatever your fitness goal, he has the knowledge and the patience to help you get there.

I have always loved to exercise and previously did a lot of long distance running.  Following a back injury, I needed to rehabilitate and I knew exercise was the best way to do this but in a smarter way working with someone who knew how to resolve the issues.  

Nelio understands the importance of getting the basics right such as core stability and how to work around any limitations I have.  No training session is ever the same - he puts so much time and effort into making sure it is always bespoke to me and he also knows which things I will enjoy and get the most out of.  Every session is challenging - physically and mentally and you leave a session feeling you have achieved a lot.

 Very important for me is that I trust him, he understands my personal goals and he will do everything to help you achieve them.  Nelio really is an excellent trainer - a true professional and despite the hardwork I very much enjoy every session.
